I founded Flowvate Consulting to help SMEs improve operational clarity and strengthen leadership capability.
With over 15 years of experience across end-to-end supply chain operations and site leadership, alongside having worked inside fast-moving operational environments where efficiency, visibility, and execution directly impact commercial performance.
Throughout my career, I have led operational improvement initiatives across warehousing, logistics, inventory optimisation, forecasting, customer operations, and cross-functional leadership — consistently delivering measurable improvements in cost reduction, process efficiency, service performance, and operational control.
